This Site provides a directory of healthcare providers and practices, and related informational content.

(c) Provider Profiles. Providers and practices submit information directly to Company for listings. Information that providers or practices submit for publication may be displayed publicly and may be processed as described below.

Publish and display provider/practice listings and Provider profile content;
Respond to inquiries, feedback, and submission requests;
