The Website provides a directory of healthcare providers and practices, and related informational content (collectively, “Directory Content”). The Website is intended for informational purposes only.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the requisite power and authority to enter into these Terms to use the Website. By using the Website, you represent that you meet this requirement. Children under the age of 18 are prohibited from using this Website.
3. No Mental Health or Medical Advice; Emergencies
(a) No Mental Health or Medical Advice. The Directory Content and any other information on the Website is not mental health or medical advice and is not a substitute for professional mental health or medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Your access to, use of, and reliance on any content accessed through this Website is solely at your own risk. Company does not warrant that Directory Content is complete, accurate, current, or error-free, including provider credentials, specialties, licensure status, board certification, office location, phone numbers, hours, languages spoken, accessibility features, telehealth availability, insurance participation or whether a provider is accepting new patients.
(d) User Responsibility to Verify. You are responsible for verifying information directly with providers and for evaluating the suitability of any provider or service for your needs, including by confirming licensure and disciplinary history with applicable licensing boards.
5. Paid Placement; Advertising
If the Website offers paid listings, featured placement or advertising, those programs may affect how providers or practices appear or are displayed. Paid participation does not imply endorsement by Company.

(a) Listing Sources. Company creates listings from provider or practice submissions only.
(b) Corrections and Updates. If you believe any Directory Content is incorrect, you may request a correction at jointheinnetwork@gmail.com Company does not guarantee that requested changes will be made or will be made within a particular timeframe.
(c) Removal. Company may remove, modify, or decline to display any listing or content at any time in its discretion, including for legal compliance, risk management, or quality reasons.
8. License
You grant and assign to us, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant and assign to us, a perpetual, irrevocable, unlimited, fully paid, fully sub-licensable (through multiple tiers), worldwide license to copy, perform, display, distribute, prepare derivative works from (including, without limitation, incorporating into other works), and otherwise use any content that you submit to or transmit through this Website. You also expressly grant and assign to us all rights and causes of action to prohibit and enforce against any unauthorized copying, performance, display, distribution, use or exploitation of, or creation of derivative works from, any content that you submit to or transmit through this Website. (b) COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (I) US $100 OR (II) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO COMPANY (IF ANY) FOR ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Parties further agree that their respective good faith participation in mediation is a condition precedent to pursuing any other available legal or equitable remedy, including litigation, arbitration or other dispute resolution process.
(d) Injunctive Relief. Nothing in these Terms prevents Company from seeking injunctive or equitable relief to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or security.
